Monglish International Academy is hiring a Class Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Supervising classes.
- Compiling reports accurately and efficiently.
- Creating student grade reports.
- Filing student reports and other documents.
- Ordering new supplies of items including stationery.
- Answering the phone.
- Dealing with queries and complaints.
- Taking messages for teachers.
- Greeting parents and other individuals who arrive at the school.
- Providing visitors, students, and parents with an appropriate orientation about the school.
- Updating records that relate to both student and staff members.
Work Conditions
- From 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Winter Timing).
- From 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Summer Timing).
- Location: Tharwat, Alexandria.
- Work From Office.
- 5 working days.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service and Teaching.
- Preferably experienced in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
- Speed typing in both languages.
- Teaching background is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
