The Academic Manager is a key leadership position at Monglish International Academy, responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of the academy’s Mongi-Immerse English language programs. This role involves managing academic operations, supporting faculty, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students. The Academic Manager plays a critical role in upholding the academy’s standards of excellence and fostering a collaborative, innovative educational environment.  

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day academic activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and deliver professional development programs for faculty.
  • Monitor and assess the implementation of the Mongi-Immerse methodology.
  • Address academic concerns and support students in achieving their language goals.
  • Identify and address challenges to maintain high educational standards.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or academic administration.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Work Conditions

  • Onsite Position
  • From 12 - 9 in winter & from 1 - 10 in Summer
  • Alexandria or Cairo branch
