Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers by phone, initiating impactful conversations
- Actively listen to customer needs, building trust and encouraging repeat sales
- Document vital customer details and insights, including payment methods and feedback
- Stay updated on our services and share exciting new offerings with customers
- Address inquiries with clarity and enthusiasm, providing exceptional service
- Work towards and meet ambitious sales targets
Working Conditions
- From 11:00am to 7:00pm
- Location: Tharwat, Alexandria
- Work from office
- Fridays are off
Requirements
- Experience 1-2 years in sales
- Very good in English writing & speaking
- Details oriented
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Outstanding communication, negation skills, and solving problems
- Professional user for Microsoft Office Programs.
