Monglish Academy, a leading online learning academy, is looking for a Russian Speakers Sales Specialist to join our growing team on-site
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from potential students.
- Build strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients and provide tailored course recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales in the CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the education or e-learning industry).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
