We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5 to 7 years of professional experience in managing core financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial balance preparation, budgeting, taxation, financial analysis, and financial statement reporting. Proficiency in advanced Excel is required, and prior experience working with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial data, supporting strategic financial planning, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze the trial balance and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and monitor budgets, comparing actuals against budgets and explaining variances
- Manage all tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely submissions.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support management in decision-making.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA qualification is a plus)
- 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (testing may be required).
- (Preferred) Prior hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar accounting software.
