The Senior Graphic Designer leads the creative design process across all visual branding and marketing campaigns. They are responsible for delivering high-quality designs for print, digital, and social platforms while maintaining brand consistency. This role involves mentoring junior designers, managing design workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring marketing strategies to life.

Responsibilities

    • Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual assets for campaigns, ads, social media, and website
    • Lead the design process from concept to final output, including reviews and revisions
    • Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams on creative direction
    • Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials
    • Manage design projects and coordinate with print and production vendors
    • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies
    • Mentor and review the work of junior designers and interns

Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
    • Minimum 4–6 years of professional design experience
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
    • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management
