Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual assets for campaigns, ads, social media, and website
- Lead the design process from concept to final output, including reviews and revisions
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams on creative direction
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials
- Manage design projects and coordinate with print and production vendors
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies
- Mentor and review the work of junior designers and interns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of professional design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management
